Andrew Kromah, Executive Director, Media Foundation for Peace and Development.
Mr. Kromah is a private radio station manager in Sierra Leone who operates KISS-FM in Bo and SKY-FM in Freetown. Among his many accomplishments is the formation of the Media Foundation for Peace and Development and numerous awards for his exceptional contributions to public service broadcasting.

Ambrose James, Country Director, Search for Common Ground.
Mr. James has been working in the field of social development and sustainable peace for over 10 years in Sierra Leone. With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Sierra Leone, he has held positions with the Sierra Leone Youth Empowerment Organization, Action Aid, and Conciliation Resources.

Ransford Wright, Coordinator, Independent Radio Network.
Mr. Wright is the Chief Executive Officer of the Believers Broadcasting Network and manages the operations of IRN. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Sierra Leone. Having worked in the media sector for 15 years, he specializes in training, radio management, and production.

Frances Fortune, Africa Director, Search for Common Ground.
Mrs. Fortune is currently responsible for managing and overseeing the operations, funding, and strategic planning for Search for Common Ground's (SFCG) nine country programs in Africa. She has over 20 years of experience working in Africa, specifically the West African sub-region, in peace building, program and budget management, media campaigns, community outreach, education, field research, and program evaluation.

Topher Hamblett, President, The Foundation for West Africa.
Mr. Hamblett is the founder and president of The Foundation for West Africa. He served in the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone (1985-87), and has served on many non-profit boards, including Rhode Island Public Radio, the International Institute of Rhode Island and Common Cause-RI. He has worked as an environmental advocate for Save The Bay, serving as Director of Advocacy for seven years
Ransford Wright, Coordinator of IRN, manages all IRN activities and coalition communication.
John Campbell, Producer at IRN, collects materials and produces Parliament Bol Hat and IRN National News
Michael Jamiru, Assistant Producer at IRN, assists in collecting materials for and the production of Parliament Bol Hat and IRN National News.
Additionally, IRN also relies on volunteers and partners from member stations to support IRN’s year-round activities and has an ethics committee, which includes representatives from its partner organizations.
IRN is grateful for the developmental support given by its key initiative partners, Search for Common Ground (SFCG) and Media Foundation for Peace and Development (MFPD). Search for Common Ground has provided funds for the operations of IRN and continues to give organizational support for activities and regular broadcasting. Media Foundation for Peace and Development hosted IRN at its inception and provides critical support for its development.
